I usually try to squeeze in some scripting whenever is possible but with those website troubles and such I was a bit fed up with all that was interactive fiction. I needed a tiny break and to focus on some other stuff life threw at me. But scripting has happened and when you click down below, chapter 6 is there to be found! Enjoy and leave Kara some love

Hey guys! I'm so sorry for the delay in updating. As you might have noticed, the site was completely messed up right before the weekend. Took some time to get it back going (and still not completely finished I'm afraid) which took away from scripttime. But I just went in and found some time to do last weekends scripting anyhow. A steamy Christmas

The last Christmas update of this year... I for one had a lot of fun with the stories shared, we hope you've enjoyed them too!

For this last Christmas update I'll be sharing a little project of mine that helped me through NaNoWriMo. You might have caught me shouting random numbers on the tagboard throughout November. I had made it my goal to write 50.000+ words in 30 days and if it weren't for this little project I probably wouldn't have made it.
I had a lot of fun working on it. Whenever I thought I knew where it was heading, somehow things changed again. In the end two fun little stories came out of it. In one you'll read 'his' side of the story, in the other you'll find 'hers'. I couldn't pick which one I liked best so I decided to just share them both. I've tried my best to keep them both interesting even if the other was already read.

While working on it plus posting about it on our forum, it was called Christmas Filth. I've grown so attached to that, that I couldn't just ditch it. Yet both stories have gotten their own title too.

I hope you'll enjoy reading the stories as much as I enjoyed writing them. I would love to know which point of view you like best, do let me know!

As for scripting goes, you guys are in luck. It's a longer fic but as I lost my trusted scripting-program with a laptop-crash not long ago, the scripting on this story gave me quite some hassle. Therefor I decided to not cut it up and just put it up in one go (I already had to manually add spaces as for some reason, my new scripting-program swallowed them. Everytime I tried to alter something in the scripting, I had to do this all over again... Ugh! At some point I had enough haha).
I sincerely hope the scripting turned out okay in the end. I think every fic deserves the most perfect scripts and it totally bums me out if I can't bring that.

Monique, I also found the "blond" and deleted it :) sorry for that, it is always a little weird to have changing eye- or haircolours within a story

And about the names :) yes, there are indeed many, but mainly the lifers are important. There will be a sister, playing a little bigger part in HIS past, but the rest of the family are only names for now. We thought about scripting, but all the work with "give him a sister, another one, another one" and a mother and a father and a nanny and a brother... it would have been to much.
Dorem is her cousin and there will be a few more people on the ship that have names, like the guard and another woman, but they are only to read along and (I hope) self-explaining :) Names are always a little hard to find, because I am trying not to call anyone Kate, Emily, Erin, Sofie, Monique, Kara, Vicky, Jen, Sarah... we have so many people in this comunity :) and of course they somehow had to fit the context.

Well, enough with the talking, just keep asking if there are more questions and I will try to answer. Have fun finding out more about the brave young hostage....

Historical Fics and a lot of things going on...

Hey everyone!! 

We really hope hat you are all doing well with your lives, work and of course the writing and collecting ideas! :)
There is so much going on at the moment and I wanna apologize for not publishing Krissy's fic and not coming up with fresh ideas for you guys!! For me it has been a hard time since my admission to the hospital and I have been at my parents place for over a month because actually I should not move much, so no good times. But now, in a upright position for some minutes ;) I wanted to create a litle post for you.

There have been fights and some really bad comments and we can only repeat that we will never allow and never permit people to speak up in that kind of way. It was mean and not constructive.
But we would love to keep you discussing and we have decided long ago to start a proper discussion on characters, way of writing, ideas, realization, plot and turns of events for one fic by a person that won't get hurt by harsh words too much - me :) I wanna give you my historical piece by piece and I want to you really think about it and give me your ideas, your comments on what you like or dislike and what you would have written differentially. Try and be constructive (maybe even nice ;)
To me it is important, that neverland is a writer's page and that we host different stories, some for the heart and the good feeling, some that are giving us the creeps, some to make us think... love, crime and violence, mixed or written separately, I like a bit of variety :)
I will go over a few things and update the first part today, maybe we can leave two days in between for discussions, then add the next part.
